Got a new Tiguan here. Great sales staff, even better vehicles.
Great service! Kind happy employees!
Update July 29th, 2019, a year later, raising from 2 to 4 stars:For every 6 months that the car feels worth it (despite the messed up CD eject button), I'm raising a star. The fact that this used car is reliable as a tank and provides an trouble-free experience makes me want to recommend the dealership. I'm guessing they care that the vehicles they source don't have a lot of problems (lower maintenance costs due to their conservative vehicle buying probably saves them millions in repair costs, but has a positive side effect for us). I ended up having a disastrous lock-out due to not getting the spare key (the disastrous part was definitely my fault). I think my initial 2 stars may have been more based on that, rather than the overall service this dealership is providing with their selection of good vehicles, new and used. They replied to this review but I didn't contact them, out of spite initially, then I forgot about it.But a recent smooth drive home made me consider that what they've provided overall is actually commendable, a solid driving experience.Old review:Low quality sales practices. Good engine, missing key components (literally).Car washes raise it to 2 stars.Purchased 2013 VW Beetle Diesel in Summer of 2018.The owner's manual and service history was not provided. They said they'd send me a copy of the manual and never did.The tires provided were dried and cracked, basically at the end of their life. They lifted the car on the rack so I could take a look at the underbody and I appreciated that. When they handed over the pair of keys I found that one didn't work, so they checked and said one was the wrong one but didn't provide the other key saying I'd need to pay an extra $200 for them to get me it.I saw through the typical unnecessary warranties, but the car wash plan is worth it.The CD player was unable to eject as I discovered 40 minutes after driving off of the lot. I told them this a day or so later and they said they'd look into it, but again, no action. After taking the CD player out, I found the unit was 2 years younger than the make of the car implying a broken unit was intentionally introduced. The hubcaps were missing and instead Audi hubcaps were put on which did not match the photos on the listing. Some spray painting by me made it fit in okay, but it's still the wrong component replacement.I called them once about which component I should replace for the wipers and they told me where I could get the right kind, so I liked that aspect of the service.I would not choose to get a vehicle from them again unless they found another rare diesel, but if I did, I would take everything they said with a grain of salt. You know like those giant salt crystals from a salt grinder.I would have to record everything that is said to have peace of mind that this wouldn't happen again.I emailed them about the broken CD player a few days after it was purchased and got no response until I called them and they again didn't say they would take responsibility.Again, fantastic car wash program, definitely get that, but sadly, you're gonna have to inspect every minute feature of the vehicle to ensure functionality BEFORE purchasing.Yeah, legally speaking they don't HAVE TO do anything. But based on my experience, I know they WON'T do anything.Good car though. It runs quick. I just took it on a road trip and didn't have problems, so the vehicle's good, but the fact that they didn't dip into their slush fund to fix these little things implies that once the sale is done, they don't care about the vehicle anymore. And join the car wash program, if you haven't already. A couple washes a month will help protect your paint job from the Midwest roads.
Awesome service and no hidden fees
Julie Ramos made buying our new Atlas fun! We were beyond impressed when we ran into an issue two months after the sale. She immediately ordered a part and then drove to our house to install it, spending some time on our garage floor figuring things out, long after the office's closing time.
I worked with the parts department and they were courteous and helpful. The dealership is under new ownership and it was a positive experience.
